Methods:

Mushroom Empanadas
These empanadas are made with beef flanks, rubbed with lemon, thyme, oregano and rosemary.

Beef flanks
3 Tbsp. of butter
¼ cup of onion
1 cup of mushrooms
1 tomato
1 egg
1 box of pie crusts

Methods:
1. Melt the butter in a skillet. Add and sauté onion with mushrooms and then cook them. Add tomatoes and stir for 1 minute.
2. Add meat and remove flame.
3. Place the pie crust on a baking dish and include the filling in it, cover the pie crust from the sides. Bake for a few minutes at 400 degrees.
4. You are good to enjoy.
